The beauty behind wire decking for pallet rack systems is they solve obstacles that were before unavoidable. Originally the only way to have a shelf system for Pallet Racking was to use either plywood or particle board. These techniques work wonderfully except it is economically and productively inefficient. Wire Decking allows for quick visual assessments of inventory and improves illumination and cooling throughout a warehouse.
This is an example of a Step Beam. The Wire Decking has 3 welded channel beams on the bottom which fit into the step of the beam. The waterfall overlay provides a secure brace eliminating movement and bringing both shelf and beam to a perfect fit.	Wire Decking offers these great advancements: Visible Inventory Management Allows for hand and non-palletized product storage. 2,500 lb. Load Capacity (higher capacities are available). Drop-In Installation -- Simply drop the wire deck into place on your step-beam pallet system. Removes the need for 2" x 4" studs or crossbar bracing. Qualifies for a reduction in Fire Insurance Premiums. There is no dust or dirt that collects on the shelves making for a more presentable work area.
