Post Protectors provide a secure guard for your pallet rack frames. They should be placed a few inches in front of the post and fastened to the floor using lag bolts. This will prevent the bottom of the frame from being damaged in case of an accident.

Galvanized Steel Crossbars
Galvanized Steel Crossbars allow for flexible pallet and product storage.  These light-weight bars fit securely into step beams and can be shifted to accommodate random-sized pallets and materials.  They are  1 1/2" thick and rest flush against the beam. Crossbars can also be permanently anchored by using Tek screws.  Steel Crossbars offer a stronger support than wooden 2 x 4s and are much easier to adjust.

Row Spacers
Row Spacers are designed for pallet rack systems where sections are positioned back-to-back.  A major advantage to using Galvanized Steel Row Spacers and arranging your pallet rack system back-to-back is that if you are storing 48" deep pallets, you can use 42" pallet rack frames and 12" row spacers and your pallets will still be flush with the front beam on both sides.**


Wall Ties
Wall Ties are used to set secure spacing between your pallet rack system and walls. Similar to the use of row spacers, Wall Ties allow for larger pallet storage without the need for a larger pallet rack frame.   Average pallets measure 48" deep, and when stationing a pallet rack system next to a wall, 42" wide frames and 6" wall ties leave a 48" pallet flush with the front of the beam.**

**IMPORTANT At Par Steel Shelving Co. we recommend that Row Spacers and Wall Ties are used when the height of the pallet rack frames are more than 6 times the size the frames width.
