Three-point locking system built into handle for security. Cabinet rests on heavy duty base that rolls on four 5" all swivel polypropylene casters (2 with brakes). All swivel casters make it easy to position cabinet since they allow movement in any direction. If cabinet is going to travel long distances, and you prefer 2 swivel and 2 rigid casters instead simply add letters "RC" after stock number when ordering. There is no additional charge.
